When we are being stretched, challenged uncertain and even a bit rattled about our journey our new beginnings our uncharted territory . We may have to take a break and get quiet . Yes! g…et quiet rest, listen to the sounds, watch the scenery and it may mean that someone has to go. Transformation means becoming new; New thoughts, New feelings, New environments , new language. During Transformation our beliefs are challenged , attitudes are altered, emotions and memories will rise up, a bit of confusion and chaos are present. WHY? because its time to transform into the person you are authentically: GREATNESS, HONOR, BEAUTY, INTELLIGENT, ABUNDANT ,RESILENT.
YES! IT REALLY IS YOU ! don’t fight. We are being TRANSFORMED! hold on. While resting RELEASE and let go of the things we are thought was us .. Blame, anger, guilt, fear, old tapes of failures, mistakes, concepts, misplaced love and limiting language, personal property, and definitely the martyr syndrome. this I truly a difficult task but its not impossible. Let’s show #gratitude #faith #trust the divine presence ( spirit) WE CAN DO IT! WE HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THROUGHT IT . Everyone will not understand its ok! this step is ready for you its the step that is the tallest, one to climb. It requires initiative to make the changes that you have discovered that are necessary for the your change and growth. So often we have “given in” to maintain relationships. jobs, community and housing that we find it difficult to take action. Taking action is the requirement for change and growth! So what action must be taken? Write a business plan, research a business idea, begin a eating lifestyle change, add movement to your day, look at options and make decisions about a relationship, job or vacation. What ever it is.. do it. TAKE ACTION.
Wow! That self reflection is a difficult task to ask questions like those really brings up the emotions . But they are needed and necessary to remember in step 1 ” We are willing to change and grow” Change is not easy but it is not impossible. Let’s move on to some self care and management of the emotions that we just experienced. Let’s rewrite the emotional reaction into a response of action of courage, faith, wisdom and dedication. HOW ? easy just Breathe. See breathing when you focus on it is a powerful tool to release revamp and relax. So take a deep breathe in through your nose make sure your belly rises and then blow it out allowing your belly to flatten. Repeat often then listen for more clarity on the answers you received during step 2 , what are the feelings, thoughts should you keep them or release them. Accept and wait to take the next step.

Alright we have said and accepted that we are “willing to change and grow” Now the next step is about really taking a look at what need to change so we can grow. . This done through the steps of SELF -REFLECTION. It is non- judgmental and encouraging. Sometimes it even may make us uncomfortable or angry that we have allowed and or experienced some situations, people and circumstances. So we ask the questions and reply with analyzation or excuses Nor do we do it with fear of judgement or being incorrect.
